Appreciative Inquiry

Appreciative Inquiry is an action-oriented approach that organizations use to improve upon the work they do. It requires participants to choose the most critical areas related to their topic and then make commitments to take responsibility.  At Lincoln, we are learning leaders who focus our efforts on best ways to support students and their learning.  We look for ways to ignite student passion and support students along their learning journey. This week during professional learning time Lincoln faculty and staff worked through the second part of the Appreciative Inquiry process.
