Safety and Security

Lincoln School is committed to the safety and security of our community. We have an extensive crisis response manual that guides our ability to prepare for and respond to a variety of situations.

Lincoln’s staff are well trained in crisis response and we regularly drill in the areas of fire, earthquake, stand fast, and emergency dismissal. We also have a lightning detection system that allows us to make informed decisions about outdoor activities and pool use. Our work in this area is supported by the US Embassy and the Regional Security Office.

Our facilities are designed to withstand seismic events and are equipped with fire detectors, alarms, and security cameras

Lincoln’s campus is protected by a 24-hour guard force and this security detail collaborates with local law enforcement. Lincoln School has the capability to communicate with our community during an emergency event through the use of our emergency broadcast system. This system sends emergency information through phone, text, and email.
