Storyboarding in the Animation Exploratory

The Middle School Exploratory Animation class started storyboarding their ideas today.  With a variety of types of animation at their disposal they plan to tell a wider variety of stories.  Some of the proposed plots include a diamond heist, a morning in the life of a Lincoln Middle Schooler, a stubborn tube of toothpaste and the creative visualization of real life football goals.  Some of the types of animation they will use are traditional animation (colored pencil on paper), 2D computer animation, brickfilm (stop-motion using Legos) and pixelation (stop-motion using photos of people).
