A Culture of Learning
At Lincoln, learning experiences are responsive and designed to engage the imagination and intellect of every student. Our curriculum is founded in a commitment to creative, inquiry-based learning and authentic assessment. Supportive, interactive classroom environments encourage all students to seek challenge in learning and to develop self-awareness as learners.
Lincoln welcomes a diverse student body and offers a full range of integrated student services to support our students’ academic, social, emotional and language development.
Lincoln students graduate to attend fine colleges in North America, Europe, and around the world. Lincoln School is fully accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) and the European Council of International Schools (CIS).
The Lincoln Community
A gathering-place for academic, cultural and social learning for over sixty years, Lincoln School has a special place in the Kathmandu community. Lincoln’s diversity is one of its enduring strengths, and our programs place special value upon cross-cultural and community-building skills.
Lincoln students make real contributions to local environmental, educational and service projects. Lincoln’s flagship Explore Nepal program unites the school’s mission and curriculum in community-based, cultural and service learning experiences.
Parents are an important part of our community and play an active role in supporting the school’s many service and social initiatives.
