This year in Middle School Health, we’re beginning with one big question: “Who am I?” Middle School is a time to explore self-identity – the strengths, values, influences, and habits that make each of us unique. It’s also a chance to notice how caring for our body, mind, and emotions shapes the person we are becoming. We’re excited to welcome you to a year of growth, discovery, and learning together!
