Bruschetta Day in Exploratory!

In middle school exploratory, our Junior Masterchefs put their skills to the test this week as we learned to make classic Italian bruschetta. Students practiced essential kitchen techniques — dicing tomatoes, mincing garlic, toasting baguette slices to golden perfection, and reviewing oven safety. Beyond the recipe, we focused on knife skills, teamwork, and confidence in the kitchen. The result? Delicious bruschetta and proud young chefs ready for their next culinary adventure!
