Lincoln Snow Leopards – alum, Alex, and sophomore, Nasir – made waves at the World Swimming Championships in Abu Dhabi during the last few days, each breaking a Nepal national record and swimming a personal best time. Alex, a Freshman at Fordham, contested the 50 and 100-meter freestyle events, breaking his own national record in the latter with a time of 52.30. Nasir swam the 200 Individual Medley and 200-meter freestyle events, breaking the national record in the former by a whopping 6 seconds with a time of 2:11.85. Congratulations to our swimmers, their families, and the Lincoln swim coaches!
