Elementary Students Celebrate Health Week!

With mini-lessons and student-planned lunchtime activities, students learned more about the four pillars of holistic health. We supported our mental health on Monday by discussing emotions and participating in calming coloring activities. On Tuesday, we flexed our intellectual health with trivia and word games. We improved our physical health by moving our bodies with an obstacle course on Thursday. And Friday, we grew our social health with friendship activities.
We are looking forward to continuing to support our holistic health and well-being!
