On Wednesday, we proudly celebrated Menstrual Health Day and marked a major milestone — Lincoln School is now officially Nepal’s first period-positive campus! Students from our high school Health classes and the PLUM group (Please Learn and Understand Menstruation) led the way in breaking taboos and creating open, informed conversations around menstruation. The event featured interactive stations including a menstrual health bracelet workshop, art for advocacy, a photo booth, and a fun “match the term” game with prizes! It was a joyful and meaningful day filled with learning, sharing, and embracing powerful stories. Let’s keep the momentum going as we work toward a more inclusive, informed, and period-positive world!
