The 7th-grade class spent the week in Service Nepal in Takure. In partnership with our provider, Conscious Impact, their trip focused on the success and sustainability of community-driven initiatives. Students gained hands-on experience in agriculture, working with coffee, vegetables, and mushrooms, as well as in construction using earth bags and sun-dried bricks. We enjoyed our time exploring the local community, sleeping in tents, preparing our own meals, and experiencing a very natural way of life.
